Live availability by room, lane, court or wall, with the turnover buffer your crew actually needs between sessions. Deposits, group rates and off peak pricing are set per slot, and the booking holds for eight minutes while the card runs.
The booker names the party or shares one link in the group chat. Every participant gets their own waiver, and the organizer sees a live list of who has signed and who has not, without calling you to ask.
Name, date of birth, emergency contact and a finger drawn signature, in under ninety seconds. When the participant is a minor, the flow routes a countersign request to the parent or guardian by text and holds the seat until it lands.

Every screen in BookAndWaive was drawn next to a working front desk. If a feature does not save your crew time on a sold out Saturday, it does not ship.
Every player signs their own waiver under their own name, with date of birth and emergency contact captured at the same time. No more one adult signing a line for a group of nine, which is the version your carrier will not accept.
Enter a birth date under 18 and the flow texts the listed guardian a signing link with the venue name, the session time and the activity described in plain language. The seat stays held until that countersign lands or the party arrives with the adult in person.
The booking QR code opens a party card on the door tablet showing who is cleared, who is missing and which minors are covered. Walk-ins get the same waiver on a stand mounted kiosk, and the tablet keeps working when the venue wifi drops mid rush.
Set the reset time each room needs, the maximum group size per lane, and the coach or game master required to run it. The calendar refuses to sell a slot you cannot staff, and it releases held seats the moment a deposit expires.
Birthday packages carry their own deposit, food add ons and a guest list the parent can edit until the day before. Corporate bookers get a single invoice, a purchase order field and a roster link their office manager can forward without seeing card details.
Search 2.4 million stored waivers by name, phone, session or date, and pull a signed PDF with its audit trail in about eleven seconds. Annual waivers renew on their own anniversary, so a member who signed last March is prompted again this March.

One Venue is $49 per month for a single site with up to three bookable rooms, lanes or courts. Multi Room is $99 per month and covers up to twelve, which fits most escape room venues and axe halls with a party program. Multi Venue is $219 per month for unlimited sites and unlimited bookable spaces. A room is anything a guest can reserve on your grid, so a climbing gym counts one auto belay session and one lead wall as two, while an open jump court with 120 spots counts as one.
Most single site venues are taking real bookings within four business days. We import your rooms, session lengths, reset buffers, pricing rules and your current waiver text, then run a test party through the whole flow with your desk staff watching. Venues moving from a paper binder usually spend one extra afternoon deciding which questions to keep on the waiver. Multi venue groups take two to three weeks because each state and activity gets its own waiver version reviewed.
Signed waivers are stored encrypted in US data centers, with every record carrying the timestamp, the device, the IP address and the exact waiver version accepted. Your managers can search and export them, and you decide whether front desk staff can view a full record or only the cleared status for tonight's party. Exports come out as searchable PDFs with a signed audit trail your carrier can verify. You own the data, and you can pull a complete archive of every waiver and booking at any time without asking us.
Card payments run on your existing merchant account through Square, Clover or Authorize.net, so your banking arrangement does not change. Bookings push to Google Calendar and Outlook, guest records sync to Mailchimp and Klaviyo, and revenue lines export to QuickBooks Online as a nightly summary. There is a documented REST API and a Zapier connection for anything custom, such as sending a Slack ping when a group of fourteen books your late slot. Gift card platforms including Toast and GiftUp are supported through the same connection.
You cancel in your account settings and the plan stops at the end of the current month. There is no contract, no termination fee and no phone call where somebody tries to talk you out of it. Your waiver archive and booking history stay downloadable for 90 days after you leave, in PDF and CSV. Seasonal operators often pause instead: a park that closes from November to February can switch to a dormant plan for $9 a month and keep every record.
Electronic signatures on liability releases are recognized under the federal ESIGN Act and state UETA statutes, and the record we keep is stronger than a paper binder because it proves who signed, when, from which device and against which waiver text. Venues on BookAndWaive have supplied records in 31 claims since 2022 without a signature being challenged. Your attorney writes the waiver language, not us, and we version it so an old signature always points at the text that guest actually read. If your carrier wants a sample record before you switch, ask us and we will send one the same day.
