Choosing a tool

BookAndWaive compared with the tools venues already run

Three fit questions: a waiver app parked beside your calendar, a broad activity booking platform, or one flow that takes the slot and every signature together.

Most escape rooms, axe halls, trampoline parks and climbing gyms end up running two systems that never speak to each other. The calendar holds the 7:15 slot for six people. The waiver tool holds six signatures that arrived at some other hour under some other spelling of the same names. Somebody at the desk joins them by eye while the group stands there in their socks.

BookAndWaive exists to make those two records one record. The party books, every named participant signs under that booking, and the check in scan tells the coach who is cleared to throw, climb or bounce. That is a narrower job than a full venue platform takes on and a wider one than a standalone waiver app covers. The three pages below say plainly which shape of venue each option suits, without pretending one answer fits every site.

Still weighing the three options

Tell us how many rooms, lanes, courts or walls you sell and where the signatures pile up, and we will walk the same three choices with you against your own week. If a waiver specialist or a full venue platform is the better answer for your site, we will say so on the call rather than after you have switched.
