The BookAndWaive name, the arcade token mark, the interface designs, the written copy, the photographs, the icon set and the source code of this site are the property of MLJ, SASU, or are used with the permission of their owners. All of it is protected under French and international copyright and trademark law.
You may quote short extracts of the text for review, journalism or teaching, provided you name BookAndWaive and link back to the page you took the extract from. Any other reproduction, adaptation, translation, republication or commercial reuse of any part of this site requires written permission first. Requests take about two business days and are usually granted for non competing uses. Scraping this site to train a commercial model or to build a directory listing is not permitted.
The waiver templates supplied inside the BookAndWaive product remain the property of the venue that adopts them. We do not claim rights over the text your attorney writes, over your venue name, or over any guest record stored in your account.
Liability
The information on this website describes the BookAndWaive service as it operates today, and is offered in good faith. Prices, feature lists and figures published here are reviewed each quarter and updated when they change. Even so, MLJ, SASU cannot guarantee that every page is free from error at every moment, and accepts no liability for a decision taken solely on the basis of a page on this site without a demonstration or a written quote.
Nothing on this site is legal advice. Liability waivers are governed by the law of the state your venue operates in, and the enforceability of any release depends on how it is written and how it is presented to the participant. Your own attorney writes and approves the waiver text used in your account. BookAndWaive supplies the signing flow, the audit trail and the storage, not the legal drafting.
External links published here point to sites we do not control. We check them when we publish and periodically afterward, but we are not responsible for their content, their availability or their own data practices.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
This legal notice, and the use of this website, are governed by French law. If a dispute arises about the site or this notice and it cannot be resolved amicably, it will be brought before the competent courts of Paris, France.
