Capacity in this trade is brutally finite. A 60 minute room with a 15 minute reset gives you a fixed number of slots, an axe lane seats a set number of throwers per block, and a court has a monitor to guest ratio you cannot bend. When a booked party never arrives, that slot does not come back, and when guests reach the counter unsigned, the delay eats into the next block.

Why both calculators are open with no sign up
Right now this arithmetic gets done on the back of a shift sheet. An owner counts the slots a 60 minute room gives up once the reset window is taken out, multiplies an abandoned 7:15 booking by the per person rate, and guesses at the minutes a game master lost walking a tablet around the lobby while nine people stood there in their socks. That is not work worth trading an email address for, so there is no form in front of either model.
They are worth keeping even if you never book a walkthrough. Once you can say out loud that dead lane blocks cost your hall a specific figure a year, or that unsigned participants take a specific number of staffed hours out of Friday to Sunday, you have the argument you need for a deposit on group bookings, a second court monitor on the busiest block, or a change to how the release reaches a party before they arrive.
