Thanks for the details. Requests are read by Jimenez Julien, who builds BookAndWaive, and answered by email within one business day. Requests sent on a Saturday night get a reply on Monday morning, because Saturday night is when venues are busy.

Next you will get a short email confirming what you asked for, with two or three questions about your room grid so the demo runs on your own schedule rather than a generic one. Demos take about 25 minutes. If your request was a quote, expect a figure and the plan it maps to in the same reply.
